Craig Aberle is a semi-retired landlord and real estate investor for 28 years and currently resides in Denver Colorado where he skis, bikes and hikes regularly.

His background includes owing and operating numerous rental properties as well as being a licensed real estate agent in multiple states. He has owned and operated properties in NJ, PA, FL and CO. He has also done foreclosures, condo conversions, tax liens and property development. His property experience includes rent controlled units and Section 8 tenants in NJ.

He has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has founded several businesses. He is a three time INC 500 winner (MicroBiz Corp - 1993, 94, 95) and also a CCIM (commercial real estate designation).
